You can find us at 435, West Guru Angad Nagar. This is in the Laxmi Nagar area of New Delhi. It is a very crowded part of the city, and our office is tucked away among many other buildings. Incentive Travels Pvt. Ltd. is where we work on travel plans for all sorts of different groups. The office itself isn't very big, and we have folders stacked up almost everywhere you look. Laxmi Nagar is known for being a bit chaotic, and our street is certainly no different. There are always scooters zooming past and people shouting to each other. Inside the office, we just try to stay focused on the bookings and the schedules. We have a few computers that have definitely seen better days, but they still work well enough for what we need. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to hotels and transport people. It is a lot of back and forth all day long. Sometimes we get a bit frustrated when the internet goes slow, but we just wait it out and try again. We aren't part of any big corporate chain. We are just a small team of people who have been in the travel trade for many years. We know the shortcuts in the city and the best times to book things for people. Our desks are covered in bright sticky notes with reminders and phone numbers.
