Incentive Travels Pvt. Ltd. is our little company over at H-16. We’re right near the police station in Hazrat Nizamuddin, New Delhi-110013. It’s a very busy part of the city because of the shrine nearby and all the history in the streets. You can always hear the sound of people walking by and the distant call to prayer throughout the day. Our office is in a house, which makes it feel a bit more personal than working in a big glass building. We have some old wooden desks and a few chairs for visitors to sit on while we talk about their travel plans and where they want to go. There are maps pinned to the walls, and some of them are a bit faded from the sun hitting them every afternoon. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking on the phone to hotels and bus drivers. It can get a bit chaotic when everyone is trying to book things at the same time, but we usually manage to keep it sorted out. The 110013 area has a lot of narrow lanes, so sometimes it’s hard for people to find H-16 the first time they visit us. We usually tell them to look for the police station and then we are just a short walk from there. It’s a local business and we’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time now.
