We are located at F-42 in Katoaria Sarai. The office is often associated with Bijay Pal Singh, who has been around here for a long time. Katoaria Sarai is a busy place with a lot of students and small businesses, so there is always something going on outside our door. We focus on organizing tours and conventions, which means the phones are almost never quiet. It's a bit of a maze getting to the office if you aren't used to the narrow streets of New Delhi - 16. Inside, it’s mostly maps, travel itineraries, and stacks of brochures. It’s a bit messy, to be honest, but we know where everything is. We spend our days talking to hotels and transport providers all over the place. It’s a lot of coordination work. We don't have a big fancy reception area. You just walk in and see us at our desks. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living in this area. We take our work seriously, even if the office looks a bit old-fashioned. We've helped a lot of groups plan their trips from this small room over the years. It’s just a local business trying to make sure people get where they need to go without any fuss. We like being in this part of the city. We usually close up around seven and head home. We enjoy the local food around here too.
