Inbound Travel Company

Our small office for Inbound Travel Company is sitting at number 80 in Vinobapuri. If you know Lajpat Nagar-2, you know it can get pretty hectic around here. We have been in this spot for a good while, helping people who are coming into New Delhi or traveling around India. It isn't a huge operation. We mostly sit at our desks, answering emails and talking on the phone to drivers or hotels. There is always a stack of itineraries sitting around. We handle the basic stuff like picking people up from the airport or finding a decent place for them to stay that isn't too expensive. It is a lot of coordination, and sometimes things go wrong, like a train being late or a hotel losing a reservation, so we spend a lot of time fixing those hiccups. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just a few maps that are starting to curl at the edges. The tea guy comes by a few times a day, which keeps us going when the afternoon gets slow. Most of our work is behind the scenes, making sure someone else's trip goes okay. We are just a group of locals who know the roads and the cities. We don't use big words or make huge promises, we just do the paperwork and make the calls. It is a steady living and it keeps us busy enough. We just focus on the travel details and hope the traffic isn't too bad.
