In Restruent

Our little spot is over at H/12-6 in Malviya Nagar. It’s not a huge place, but it fits a decent number of people if they don’t mind sitting close together at the old wooden tables. We named it In Restruent, which is simple enough for everyone to remember. Mostly, we spend our time in the back kitchen getting things ready for the lunch rush. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years with new shops opening, but we’ve stayed right here in New Delhi. It gets really crowded in the evenings when everyone is coming home from their jobs. We mostly serve people who live just around the corner or in the next block over. Sometimes we run out of certain dishes if the market was slow that morning or if something didn't look fresh. We don’t have any fancy waiters in uniforms or anything like that. Just some local guys who know how to cook and serve the plates. The menu is just stuff we know how to make well. We try not to overcomplicate things with too many choices. It’s a bit noisy sometimes because of the constant traffic outside. New Delhi 110017 is always buzzing with energy. We keep the doors open when it's not too hot outside to let some air in. People come in for a quick lunch or a late dinner after a long day. We don't have a website or fancy ads, just the physical shop. It’s just a normal restaurant doing normal daily work.
