In Reservation{Indianairlines Bpo-Omnia

Our office is tucked away in Rohini Sector-3, at B-8/139. We are the ones handling the reservations and BPO work for Indian Airlines through Omnia. It is the kind of job where you are always on the phone or typing something into a database. The room is usually filled with the sound of people talking and the clicking of keyboards. It can get pretty intense during the peak travel seasons when everyone wants to book a seat at the same time. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some clocks and maybe a few notes pinned up to remind us of the latest schedule changes. Rohini is a big residential area, so working here feels a bit more relaxed than being in the middle of a commercial hub, even if the work itself is fast-paced. We deal with a lot of different people, some who are very happy and some who are quite stressed about their travel. We just try to stay calm and get the information right. Errors in this business can cause big problems for passengers, so we have to be careful even when we are tired. It’s just a group of us in a regular Delhi building, doing the steady work of keeping the reservation system moving. We don't make big promises, we just try to find the best available options for whoever is calling in.
