In Lufthansa Back Office Rdm

This is the Lufthansa Back Office Rdm, and we are located at 10/84 Subhash Nagar. People usually associate the airline with the big airport terminals, but we are right here in a residential and commercial mix of New Delhi. It’s a plain building and our office is tucked inside where it’s quiet. We don't see any planes from here. Our day is mostly about looking at spreadsheets and processing data that comes in from the flight systems. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s important for keeping everything organized. The space is filled with the sound of fans and the low murmur of people talking on their headsets. Subhash Nagar has some great food spots, so we usually head out for a bite in the afternoon. The office isn't decorated with anything flashy. We just have our workstations and a few whiteboards with notes scribbled on them. It can feel a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we get along well enough. We’ve been at this 10/84 address for a long time.
