We are located over in Shakarpur, on the fourth floor of Plot No. 72. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. Soumen Chatterjee is the name on the door here for In Air Holidays Pvt. Ltd. We spend most of our time planning out trips for families or folks traveling for work. It’s a lot of looking at calendars and trying to find the right dates. The office is usually a bit messy with brochures and sticky notes everywhere. We aren’t some big, slick travel firm with a marble floor. It’s just a few of us in a room with some computers and a lot of coffee. We know the Shakarpur area well, and it’s always busy outside. Inside, we’re just trying to make sure people don’t have headaches when they get to the airport. We talk to hotels, check on bus timings, and try to keep everything organized. Sometimes things go wrong with a flight, and we have to spend the afternoon on the phone trying to fix it. That is just the way it goes in this business. We don’t promise anything impossible, we just do the legwork so you don't have to. It’s a decent living and we like the people we meet. It gets quiet in the evenings when the phones finally stop ringing for the night.
