Imrb

Our office is situated in the 110021 area of New Delhi. It’s a decent part of the city, and we’ve been based here for quite some time. At Imrb, the daily grind is pretty consistent. We arrive in the morning, get the computers started, and start looking at the data or reports we have to finish. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing, which can be tiring, so we make sure to have plenty of tea breaks throughout the afternoon. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at. It has desks, chairs, and some old filing cabinets that have been here forever. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with team-building exercises or fancy titles. We just know what our jobs are and we get them done. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to other parts of Delhi, which helps when we need to concentrate. Sometimes we walk out to get some fresh air or find a snack from a street vendor nearby. We’ve seen the city change around us, with new buildings going up and old ones being torn down, but we stay pretty much the same. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don't make a big fuss about things. If there’s a problem, we talk it over and figure it out. It’s just us doing our bit in this corner of Delhi, day in and day out.
