You can find us at A/443 on Shiv Mandir Marg in the Mandawali area. It is a very busy residential pocket of Fazalpur in New Delhi. Our office is located on the ground floor, and it is nothing too fancy to look at. We have a few computers and some plastic chairs for people to sit on while we look up flights or train tickets for them. The street outside is usually full of kids playing or people heading to the temple just down the road. We have been here for several years now. It is a small operation, just a couple of us working the phones and checking the internet. We don’t have a big website or a dedicated call center. People just walk in when they want to plan a trip or need some help with travel documents. Sometimes the frequent power cuts mean we have to stop our work for an hour or so. When that happens, we just sit outside on the steps and chat with the neighbors until the lights come back on. It is a very local vibe here. We know most of the families who live on this block. We try to help out with visas and bookings as best as we can. It is a lot of looking at screens and talking to different airlines. We aren’t some massive travel company; we are just a small shop in Mandawali doing our thing. It keeps us busy and we like the people.
