Imperial Hotel

We are tucked away in Lajpat Nagar-4, in one of those old double-storey buildings at M/38. It is a very different vibe from the big five-star places you might see in the middle of the city. Imperial Hotel is a bit of a grand name for our spot, but we have been here a long time and the name just stuck. The neighborhood is always bustling with people shopping and eating at the stalls, so there is never a dull moment outside our door. Our place is more about giving people a roof over their heads without all the extra nonsense and high prices. We have the usual rooms and the usual problems that come with an older building. Sometimes a pipe leaks or a light bulb goes out, and we just go and fix it ourselves. It is a family-run kind of feel, even if we are officially a business. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy ads. We just talk to the people who walk in or call us up on the phone. Most of the folks who stay here are just looking for a simple, honest place to sleep for the night. We spend our days cleaning, checking people in, and making sure the place is kept up. It is hard work, but it is what we know. Lajpat Nagar is our home, and we like it here.
