We spend most of our time here at the office in Chittaran Park. Our office is on the first floor over in K block of CR Park. It’s mostly about keeping buildings running and making sure things get fixed when they break. Handling property stuff in Delhi can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork and maintenance needs, so that's what we do here at Il&Fs Property Management & Services Ltd. The phone rings a lot, usually someone needing a plumber or having an issue with their lease. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular workplace with desks and files everywhere. Most days involve coordinating with staff on-site and checking on various apartments or offices we look after. New Delhi is a big place, and keeping track of everything requires a lot of lists. We don't really do the flashy stuff, just the day-to-day work of managing spaces. Sometimes it gets hectic, especially during the monsoon when roofs start leaking or the power acts up. We just try to get the jobs done as they come in. If you walk past the first floor here, you'll see us mostly buried in schedules. It’s a practical business. No big speeches or corporate talk, just property management and services for people who need things handled without a fuss. That’s pretty much the daily routine here for us. It isn't always exciting, but it is necessary work for the neighborhood.
