Il&Fs Property Management & Services Limited

Our spot is over in Dwarka, specifically in Sector-06, Pocket 2. We are in Flat Number-71D. It is a residential area, so it is pretty calm compared to the rest of New Delhi. Being in a flat means we have to be mindful of the other residents in the building. We have been here for a bit now, managing things for Il&Fs Property Management & Services Limited. The office feels more like a home, which I guess it is for some people here. We have a small kitchen where we make our own chai because the stuff outside isn’t always great. The windows look out over the parking lot. In the winter, the sun hits the balcony just right in the morning. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of files coming in, but we make it work. Most of the day is just spent on the phone or typing away on the computers. Getting to Sector 6 can be a pain if the traffic is bad near the main crossing, but once you are inside the pocket, it is fine. We do not have a reception desk or anything. You just knock on 71D. We try to keep things orderly, though the stacks of paper on the table might say otherwise. It's just a regular office routine without any of the corporate bells and whistles. We show up, do the work, and go home.
