Iicici Bank

Our branch is located at House No-1055 in the Bawana area of Delhi, right near where the Corporation Bank used to be. It’s a busy corner of the city, and being in a house-converted space makes it feel a bit different from those big glass buildings downtown. We deal with a lot of people from the local neighborhood who come in with all sorts of questions. The street outside is always full of rickshaws and delivery vans, so it’s never really quiet. Inside, we have our counters and the usual chairs for people to wait in. Sometimes the line gets long, especially on Monday mornings or at the start of the month. We just try to get through the paperwork as fast as we can. The fans keep the air moving, but it still gets warm when the room is full. Our staff lives nearby, so we know most of the faces that walk through the door. It’s a very practical way of working. We don't have any of those fancy digital displays, just the basic stuff we need to help people with their accounts. Usually, someone brings in snacks to share in the afternoon. It’s a lot of manual work, checking IDs and filling out forms by hand. It’s a regular part of the daily routine for the folks in Bawana. We’ve seen plenty of changes in the street over the years and keep trying to do things the right way.
