We are based out of unit 108 in the Navjagriti Apartments over in Vasundhara Enclave. It’s a nice enough spot in New Delhi-96. Since it’s an apartment building, you have to go through the main gate and the security guards usually ask where you’re going. Once you’re inside, it’s pretty straightforward. We’ve converted the space into an office, so it feels a bit like a home but with more filing cabinets and printers. There are always people moving around the complex, kids playing or people walking their dogs. We try not to make too much noise because we don’t want to bother the neighbors. Inside, it’s just a bunch of us sitting at our stations. The lighting isn't the best, so we have a few extra lamps around. We’ve got a small balcony too, though we mostly just use it to dry our umbrellas when it rains. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We’ve been here for a good bit of time, and most of the people in the building know who we are. It’s a bit different than being in a big glass office building, but it suits us just fine. We have our own rhythm here. Most days are pretty much the same, just keeping up with the tasks and making sure everything is handled correctly.
