You can find us at A-204, on Street Number 3 in Part-1 of Sonia Vihar. It’s a busy part of Delhi and there’s always something going on right outside the door. We have been here for a good while, mostly helping folks with their mobile connections and whatever else comes up under the Idea name. The shop itself is pretty small and can get cramped when more than three people walk in at once. We don’t have fancy air conditioning that works all the time, so we usually just keep the door open to catch whatever breeze there is. People from the neighborhood stop by not just for phone stuff, but sometimes just to say hello or ask for directions. It’s that kind of place. We have some old posters on the walls and the counter has a few scratches from years of people leaning on it. Sonia Vihar is a lively area, and being in Street Number 3 means we see a lot of the daily commute traffic. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking here. We just activate SIM cards, help with recharges, and try to explain why someone's data isn't working for the tenth time that day. It's a steady life and we know most of the people who live around here by their first names. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know the routine. It’s just a normal Delhi shop.
