Idea Celllular Ltd

You can find our office, Idea Celllular Ltd, at A-30 on the Mathura Road in the Badarpur area. It is a big, busy road with lots of trucks and cars going towards the border. We deal with cellular connections and all the things that go along with that. The building is at A-30, and it has been a part of this landscape for a long time. Inside, there are counters and some seating for people who come in with problems with their SIM cards or bills. It is a practical space designed to handle a lot of people every day. Sometimes the queue gets long, and we have to work fast to make sure everyone is helped. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief from the heat outside on Mathura Road. We have posters on the walls, but they are mostly old ones that have been there for a year. Our staff knows the plans and the network details quite well. It is a lot of explaining the same things over and over, but that is the nature of the job. We see people from all walks of life coming through those doors. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we are just here to keep the phones working and the signals strong for the people in this part of the city. We open our doors early in the morning and stay until late in the evening.
