Ics Marketing Pvt Ltd is located in New Delhi, specifically at M-2759 in the D-2 Flats of Netaji Nagar. It’s a residential area, so we are surrounded by people living their daily lives. We aren't in one of those huge glass towers you see in Gurgaon. Our office is basically a converted flat, which makes it feel a bit more like home than a cold workplace. We do marketing work, which involves a lot of calls and meetings. Sometimes we have to run across town to meet people, and that takes forever in Delhi traffic. The rooms are filled with desks and a few cabinets for all the files we have to keep. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. Usually, we just order something from a local dhaba or bring food from home. The Netaji Nagar area is pretty quiet compared to the main markets, which is nice when you’re trying to focus. We’ve been here for a while, and the security guards and the milkman all know us by name. We just try to do a good job for the companies we work with and keep our own business running. It’s not glamorous, but it’s steady work and we like being in this part of the city. We work hard, drink plenty of tea, and try to keep the paperwork from piling up too high.
