Icon Facilities

Icon Facilities is located on the 3rd Floor of D-16, in Lane Number 2 of Batla House. We are right in Jamia Nagar, New Delhi - 110025. Jamia Nagar is a very packed and busy area, and Batla House is right in the middle of all that energy. Finding us can be a little tricky if you are not used to the narrow lanes, but Lane Number 2 is pretty well known once you get there. Our office is up on the third floor. There is not an elevator, so we get plenty of exercise going up and down the stairs every day. The office itself is just a few rooms where we handle our facility management work. We have desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of filing cabinets. It is a functional space, not a showroom. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at different sites, but this is where we do all the planning and paperwork. It gets quite noisy outside with the shops and people in the lane, but we do not mind the buzz. It feels like we are right in the heart of things. We are not a big corporate giant; we are just a local team trying to do a good job. We have been in this building for some time now and we know the neighbors well. It is a simple, honest way to run a business. We just stay busy. (257 words)
