Icode U.S Based B.P.O

We are located in Agra Cantt at H-19 in Chaudhary Vihar. It is a quiet residential area near Defence Colony. Our office is a BPO, which means there are always people on the phones at all hours. We have a lot of computers set up in the rooms. Most of the staff comes from nearby neighborhoods. It isn't a large corporate building with a lobby or anything like that. It is just a house that we converted into an office. We do work for clients in the US, so the time difference is something we are used to now. Some of us come in when it is dark and leave when the sun is coming up. The streets around here are usually pretty empty at those times. During the day, it is a bit more lively. We have a small space where we take breaks and eat. Usually, someone brings a tiffin and we share. The weather in Agra can be very hot, so we rely on the AC a lot. It is a simple place to work. We don't have fancy furniture or big signs. We just focus on getting the data right and answering the calls. It has been a steady place for us for a few years. We know the local rickshaw pullers and the shop at the corner. It is a very local operation despite the international work we do. That is just how it is here.
