We are located at B-13,14 Chanakyapuri Fire Station, right on Kautilya Marg in New Delhi. If you are looking for Icici here, we are right near the China Embassy, which usually makes it a lot easier for people to find us. This part of town is actually quite nice with all the trees, though the fire station nearby can get a bit loud when they have an emergency call. We handle the daily tasks for the bank at this branch. It is a lot of counting, checking forms, and talking to folks who come in to manage their daily money matters. We aren't a massive corporate headquarters, just a local spot where people come to get their banking done. The staff here is a mix of young people just starting out and some who have been in this business for decades. We have a steady routine. The doors open, we get the systems running, and the day starts. Sometimes the line gets a bit long, especially around the first of the month when everyone gets paid, but we try to move as fast as we can. It’s a clean office but it definitely feels lived in. We have our coffee breaks together and talk about the local news. Being near the embassies means we see all sorts of people. We just try to keep things simple and help out whoever walks through the door. It is steady work in a good part of Delhi and we like being in Chanakyapuri.
