Icici Prudential

We are located in the Kalkaji DDA flats, which is a very familiar spot for anyone living in this part of South Delhi. It’s not your typical high-rise office building. It is more of a community-based setting. Working out of a DDA flat means we have a lot of neighbors and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed compared to a corporate tower. People from the nearby blocks often walk over to ask about their insurance policies or to drop off some documents they need to submit. We handle the ICICI Prudential side of things, which involves a lot of form-filling and explaining different plans to people sitting across from us. The office itself is cozy. Maybe it's a bit too small when more than three people show up at once. We have a couple of desks squeezed in and a lot of folders stacked on the shelves. It’s a lot of paperwork, checking IDs, and making sure signatures are in the right place. Sometimes we have to step out to get copies made at the local shop nearby because our own machine is jammed. The lighting isn't great, but we make do with what we have. It’s nice being in Kalkaji because there are plenty of places to grab a quick snack during the break. We aren't trying to be anything fancy, just a convenient place for local people to get their insurance stuff sorted without traveling too far. It’s a quiet, functional office in a regular neighborhood.
