It is a bit of a unique spot to be in, given it is inside the quarters. We don't have a big fancy glass building or a flashy neon sign. It’s just a regular government-style quarter where we have set up to do our daily work. It can be quite quiet out here compared to the rest of New Delhi, which is a nice change of pace. We handle the insurance paperwork and talk to people about their needs every day. We don't use any of that complicated insurance talk if we can help it. We just try to explain things in plain English. The team here is small and we’ve been working out of this Block Number 7 for some time. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just show up, open the office, and help whoever walks through the door or calls us up. The routine is pretty much the same every week. We keep track of the files, update the records, and make sure everything is in order. It’s a very grounded way to work. We like being in Jharodakalan because it feels different from the busy city center. It’s just us, doing our bit in a quiet corner of the city.
