We've been over here at Rohini Sector-21 for a while now. If you head towards Pocket-12, you'll find us at number 102. It’s a typical office space, nothing too fancy, just desks and a lot of paperwork. Working in life insurance in a place like New Delhi keeps everyone on their toes because the city never really stops moving. People come in through the door every day asking about different policies or trying to get their documents sorted out. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard for folks to reach us on time, but we usually stay a bit late to make sure we finish up what needs doing. It is mostly just about sitting down with people and going through the fine print so they know what they are actually getting. The team here knows the neighborhood well. We get our tea from the shop nearby and talk to the regulars. Life is pretty busy in this part of Delhi, especially with so many people living in the residential pockets around Rohini. We handle the claims, look at the forms, and try to keep things organized. It’s not always easy keeping all the records straight, but that is the job. We aren't here to give some big speech. We just show up to the office, open the files, and help whoever walks in from the street.
