Icici Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd.

Our office is located at 126/8 in Sector 1, New Delhi. It’s a standard office building in a busy area. We deal with insurance here, specifically for ICICI Prudential. The space is pretty full of desks and filing cabinets. There are a lot of papers everywhere because insurance involves a lot of forms. People come in to ask about their policies or to file some paperwork. It’s not the most exciting place to look at. The walls are off-white and we have basic office chairs. We don't have any big posters or fancy screens. We just sit at our computers and talk to people when they walk in. The street outside is always busy with cars and people going to other offices in Sector 1. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work right, so we have to take the stairs. We have a small pantry where we make tea and keep our lunches. It’s a very normal office life. We aren't trying to be anything special. We just do the work that comes in. Most of us have been here for a while, so we know the routine. In the afternoons, it gets a bit quiet and we catch up on all the data entry. We don't do any promotional stuff. If people need insurance help, they find our address and come see us. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the workday in the city.
