We are based over in Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, at 2/10. It is a permanent spot for us, and we have been here long enough that most people in the neighborhood know where we are. The office is part of a residential-looking building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those big glass towers in the city. We deal with life insurance stuff, which mostly means a lot of forms, signatures, and explaining things to people who come in. It can get pretty busy on Monday mornings when everyone seems to have a question at the same time. The desks are usually covered in files and policy documents. We try to keep things moving, but sometimes the bureaucracy takes a while. Raj Nagar is a decent area, and we like being here because it is easy for people to reach us. We have a small staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing the records. There is nothing very exciting about the office itself. It has white walls and some old ceiling fans that make a bit of noise. We focus on getting the paperwork right so that people don't have problems later on. It is just a regular job in a regular part of Ghaziabad. We stay until the evening most days and then close up shop. Sometimes the parking outside is a mess, but that is life.
