This branch is located at Hasan 1799 in the Outram Lines area of Kingsway Camp. It’s a busy spot because of all the students and people living around the university. The building is older, and you can feel the history of this part of New Delhi when you walk inside. Icici Bank here isn't like the big glass towers you see in the newer parts of the city. It’s more of a local fixture. We have people coming in all day, some just to ask questions and others who have been coming here for decades. The street outside is always full of rickshaws and students rushing to classes. Inside, we just try to keep things moving. It gets a bit crowded on Mondays, and the air conditioning struggles sometimes when the door keeps opening and closing. We don't use a lot of big words to describe ourselves. We are just the people behind the counters or at the desks in this specific building. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to people about their daily needs. We know a lot of the regulars by their first names. It’s a neighborhood place. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to make sure everything adds up at the end of the day. It is a bit loud and messy sometimes, but that’s just Kingsway Camp for you. We just keep our heads down and serve the locals.
