You can find us at 39, Ajay Appt in Pitampura. This is where we run this branch of Icici Bank. It’s not one of those massive, cold buildings you see downtown. Being in an apartment complex makes it feel much more like a part of the neighborhood. We see the same faces from Pitampura coming in to talk about their accounts or handle their basic transactions. The space is a bit cramped sometimes, but we make it work. We have our counters and our small back office where we do all the paperwork. There’s always a bit of a queue during the lunch hour or at the start of the month. We just try to get through the files and help whoever is standing in front of us. We don't use any fancy language or try to sell people on things they don't need. We just handle the money, the stamps, and the documents. The staff here lives nearby, so we know the local area well. It’s a very straightforward environment. We don't have a lot of corporate posters or mission statements around. It's just a functional office where people come to get their banking done. We’ve been at Ajay Appt for quite some time now, and we’ve become a regular stop for many people in this part of Delhi. It’s just a normal day of work for us, and we like it that way. No big fuss involved in what we do.
