Icici Bank

Our branch is located on the 3rd Floor of building number 45 in Gautam Nagar, New Delhi 110049. This is not one of those massive Icici Bank buildings you see in the main business districts. Instead, we are tucked away on the third floor of a smaller building in a very crowded neighborhood. To get to us, you have to walk up some stairs that can be a bit steep if you are carrying bags. The office inside is functional and busy. We have the usual banking counters and some chairs for people to sit while they wait to speak with us. Gautam Nagar is a very tight area with lots of students and small shops, so it is always noisy outside. From our windows, we can see the tops of the other buildings and the mess of wires hanging over the street. The office itself is a bit cramped, especially on days when everyone comes in to update their passbooks at the same time. We have a small corner for our computers and a tiny cabin for the manager. It’s not a glamorous place, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we keep things moving. We know many of the people who come in by name because they live just a few houses away. It feels more like a community service point than a big corporate bank. We just do our best to help people with their accounts and get them on their way quickly.
