You can find us over at 1452/A in Sector 29, Faridabad. This part of town is always growing, and there is usually some construction or road work happening nearby. Our branch is a bit of a local hub for the people living in this sector. It isn't a massive building like the ones you see in the city center. It’s more of a neighborhood spot where people come in to sort out their accounts or fix a problem with their cards. We have the usual bank counters and a few chairs for people to wait. It gets quite busy in the mornings when the shops open up and again in the evening when people are coming back from their jobs. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief because Faridabad gets really hot in the summer. We have a small team here, and we all know each other’s names. We don't use a lot of fancy words when we talk to people; we just try to explain things simply. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet is slow, and we just have to deal with it and keep the line moving. It’s just a practical, everyday bank branch. We are just part of the local furniture here in Sector 29. We show up, help the people who come through the door, and try to get everything balanced by the end of the day. It’s just work.
