We are located out in Bhoura Kalan, which is a village and post office area in the Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh. The pin code is 251319. It’s a rural setting, very different from the big city offices. Most people around here know each other, so when someone comes in, it's usually a neighbor or someone from the next village over. We handle basic banking stuff, like helping people with their accounts and small transactions. The office is simple and stays pretty cool even when it's hot outside because of the way the building is made. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. It’s just a place where folks can come to get their money matters sorted. Being in Bhoura Kalan means we follow the pace of the village life. Sometimes we have to wait for the power to come back on to use the computer, but that's just life here. We've got a couple of chairs for people to sit on while they wait. It is a very direct way of working. No one is trying to be fancy. We just open up in the morning, do the paperwork, and talk to the farmers and local workers who need our help. It’s a plain, honest kind of day for us every day. We just stay here and do the work.
