This particular spot for Icici Bank Ltd. is a bit different because we are in Flat No. 1208, over in Block C of Amrapali Greens. It’s right there in Vaibhavkhand, Indirapuram. Being in a residential complex like Amrapali Greens makes it feel a lot less like a cold office building. We are in Ghaziabad, specifically the 201010 area. It’s a busy complex with a lot of families around. We’ve set up our workspace here to handle the bank's business. It’s a bit of a trek up to the 12th floor sometimes if the elevators are slow, but the view is alright. We aren't like those huge branches you see on the main road. It’s more of a focused office space. We have our desks and our computers and we just get through the lists every day. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the neighbors, but that’s just life in an apartment block. We’ve been here for a while and the security guards know us by now. It’s a practical location for what we do. We don't have a big shiny lobby or anything. Just a door with the number 1208 on it. We keep things moving and try to stay organized. It’s a regular job in a regular place. We like that it feels more like a home than a sterile office. It’s just a flat where we do our banking work every day.
