We’re located at B 5, Pocket 6 in Kendriya Vihar 2, which is over in Sector 82 of Noida. It’s a pretty standard bank branch setup, but being in a residential area like Kendriya Vihar makes it feel more like a community spot. We see a lot of the same people every week coming in to sort out their accounts or deposit some cash. It isn't a high-rise office with glass walls. It’s a practical space where we sit at our desks and try to get through the paperwork. The air conditioning is usually running full blast because of the Noida heat, and there is usually a line of people waiting near the entrance. We don't use a lot of bank talk or confusing words if we can help it. We just try to explain things clearly to anyone who walks in. The staff here is mostly local, so we talk about the same things everyone else does, like the traffic on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway or the new shops opening up. We have our busy days, especially at the start of the month, but we just push through it. It’s a regular job for us. We keep the place tidy and make sure the pens haven't been walked off with. It’s just a normal bank branch doing what needs to be done every day. We’ve been in this pocket of Sector 82 for a good while now.
