Icici Bank Limited, Pitampura Branch

This is the Pitampura branch, and you can find us at Hu 69 in Vishakha Enclave. We have been serving this part of New Delhi for quite a few years now. Being tucked away in a place like Vishakha Enclave means we see a lot of the same neighbors every single day. It is a local branch, so it doesn't feel as cold or distant as some of the massive offices downtown. We have our regulars who come in to chat while they do their banking. The office itself is exactly what you would expect to see—lots of desks, computer screens, and stacks of paper everywhere. We try to keep the lines moving so people aren't standing around too long, but sometimes it gets really busy and things slow down. That is just life in Pitampuri. We don't have any fancy speeches about what we do. We just handle the accounts, the cash, and whatever questions people have. The staff here are mostly from this part of town, so we understand the area well. It is a bit noisy outside with the cars and the shops, but inside we just focus on getting the numbers right.
