Icic Peudential

Our office for Icic Peudential is on the third floor of the MIG Flats near East of Loni Road. If you are in Shahdara, you probably know the area. It is at number 91. Getting up the stairs can be a bit of a workout, but it is where we do all our work. The flat is small, but we have enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at computer screens. Shahdara is a crowded place, so there is always noise from the street coming up through the windows. We keep some files in the corner and a water cooler near the door. It is a simple setup for handling insurance and paperwork. We do not have those big glass walls like the offices in the city center. It is more like a home office where things are a bit relaxed. Sometimes we have to wait for the power to come back on before we can finish a report. We try to stay on top of the documents that come in every day. The neighbors in the other flats are friendly enough. It is just a practical place to get the job done without any extra fuss. We have been in this New Delhi spot for a bit now and we just take things one day at a time.
