Icfai University has this spot in Building 16, Room 16. It's right on Okhla Road in Sarai Julieana. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets with the students and the constant traffic. The pin is 110025. It’s not a massive campus like you might imagine when you hear the name. It’s more of a functional space where we get the administrative work done. Room 16 is where most of the stuff happens. We have a lot of papers piled up and the phone rings quite a bit during the day. The building itself is older, and you can feel the history of the neighborhood when you walk through the corridors. There’s a lot of dust from the road outside, so we are always cleaning the desks. We see a lot of people coming in to ask about classes or their paperwork. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes if you aren’t used to the layout of the place. The staff here are just regular folks who have been around for years. We eat our lunch together when it’s quiet in the afternoon. We don't have fancy lights or a big reception. It's just a door with the room number on it. You walk in, and someone is usually there to help you out. It’s just how we operate in this part of New Delhi. It stays busy from morning till the evening.
