We’re up on the second floor at 8/37 in Subhash Nagar. The company name is Ice - Le Passage To India Tour & Travels Pvt. Ltd., which is a bit of a mouthful. Most of us just call it the office. The stairs are a bit steep, so we all get a bit of a workout every morning. It’s an old building, and you can tell by the way the windows rattle when a heavy truck goes by. Inside, we’ve got our computers and some maps pinned to the walls. We handle a lot of travel details for people coming to visit India. It’s a lot of checking dates and making sure hotels are actually booked. Sometimes things go wrong, like a train being late, and we have to scramble to fix it. We aren't some polished marketing team. We’re just people who know the roads and the cities. Subhash Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside. We can hear the vendors calling out from the street below. We take turns making tea in the small pantry we have. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We don't have any big slogans. We just show up at 110027 and do the work that needs to be done.
