Operating out of House Number 111 in RPS Khahpur 62 is a bit different than what people expect when they hear the name Ibm. This isn't a massive skyscraper with thousands of employees coming and going through revolving doors. It is a much more modest setup right here in the neighborhood. We handle things from a residential-style building, which means the atmosphere stays pretty relaxed most of the time. There is no dress code and no one is hovering over your shoulder every five minutes. We just focus on the technical tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the work that comes through. Sometimes the internet is a bit finicky or the street gets noisy, but that is just part of being in Khahpur. We have our setups in a few rooms and we just get on with it. It’s a practical way to work without all the extra noise of a corporate park. We find that we can actually concentrate better when things are simple. Most of the people around here probably don't even realize what kind of work is happening inside House 111. We like it that way. It is just a handful of us making sure everything runs like it should. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles to do our jobs, just a decent desk and a bit of quiet every now and then.
