Ibm

We are located on the second floor of building A 3 in Acharya Niketan. Most people know the spot because it is right above Adharshila School and near Bansal Sweets in Mayur Vihar Phase 1. Our company name is Ibm, but we are a small local team working out of this office. It is a pretty busy area and you can always hear the school bells or people buying sweets downstairs. We have a few rooms where we do our work, and it is a very basic setup. There are desks, some old filing cabinets, and a few fans to keep the air moving. We aren't a big corporate office with a lobby or a security guard at the desk. We just come in every morning, climb the stairs, and get to work. Most of us have been in this area for years, so we know all the local shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick snack. We don't have a mission statement or any of those corporate slogans. We just try to keep things moving and handle whatever projects we have on our plate. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when the traffic outside is bad, but we get through it. We like being in Mayur Vihar because it feels like home and we know our neighbors. It’s an honest way to spend the day and we don't feel the need to act like a giant company.
