We are located over at B 57/6 in the Paryavaran Complex, right off Ignou Road in Saidulajab. It is a bit of a dusty area with all the construction and the traffic going towards the university. Our building is just one of many in this crowded lane. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of wires tucked under the floor. We aren’t one of those glass towers you see in the tech parks. It is much more low-key here. We get to work early because the traffic on Ignou Road can be a nightmare if you’re late. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and talking to people on the other side of the world. The office has that smell of old paper and electronics. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for making coffee and tea. It's nothing fancy, just a place to sit for five minutes. We don’t have a big sign outside, so people sometimes get lost trying to find the right number in the complex. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses and some local shops. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just how things go in this part of New Delhi. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing our jobs day in and day out.
