So we are out here in Modinagar at C-504 Modipon Colony. It is in the Ghaziabad district of U.P. and it feels a bit different from the big city offices. It’s more of a residential vibe since we are in a colony. IBM India has a lot of places, but this is where we are stationed. The building is simple, nothing fancy. We have our computers and our desks. Mostly we are working on tech stuff or support, just like any other office, but it’s a bit quieter out here. The air is slightly better than central Delhi, I think. We spend our mornings getting through the logs and the emails. People in the colony know us as the office guys. It’s a long way from the main hub, but we get the work done just the same. We don’t really do big meetings or anything loud. It’s just quiet work. The Modipon Colony is a nice enough place to spend the day. We have our little routine. Someone usually brings snacks in the afternoon. We don’t have a cafeteria or anything, just a small kitchen area for tea. It’s a very basic setup for such a big name, but it works for us. We just come in, do our hours, and head home. It’s a local life here in Ghaziabad. We don't worry about the polish or the corporate look too much. It is just a place to do the job.
