Ibm Daksh is over here in Gurgaon, but we've got this connection to the High School in Thakurganj. It’s located in the Kishanganj district of Bihar, 855116. It’s a bit of a distance between the two places if you think about it. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily grind. The office life can be pretty repetitive, but the folks here make it alright. We talk about home a lot, especially the quiet parts of Bihar compared to the noise of the city. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just putting in the hours and making sure the work is finished by the end of the shift. The building near the school is a landmark for us. People know where we are because of it. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just work. Sometimes the internet is slow or the weather makes the commute a nightmare, but we still show up. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of coffee. It’s a regular place with regular people. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just how it is. We appreciate the small things, like a good lunch break or a day when everything actually goes right. Life in Gurgaon is fast, but we try to keep our feet on the ground. Most of us have been here for years and we’ve seen people come and go, but the vibe stays the same.
