Ibm Daksh,Gurgaon

Our branch is actually located in Lucknow, even though the name mentions Gurgaon. We are over at Md1-369 in Sector D1 of the LDA Colony. It’s right off Kanpur Road, which is always packed with trucks and buses going back and forth. Being in Lucknow, the pace is a bit different than the bigger cities. Our office is a place where we just come in, do our shifts, and head home. The Sector D1 area is mostly residential, so it feels a bit more quiet once you get away from the main road. We’ve got a lot of computers and desks set up inside. It gets quite hot in the summers, so the fans are always going. Most of us have been working here for a while and we know the neighborhood pretty well. There’s a tea stall not too far away where we all go during breaks. We don't really have a big sign out front, so people sometimes miss the turn into the colony. We just handle the data and the calls as they come in. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, but that’s the job. The Lucknow weather can be tough, especially the dust, but we keep the windows shut and keep working. It’s a decent place to be if you’re working in this part of town and the people around here are generally friendly enough.
