Ibm Daksh

This place is called Ibm Daksh and we are based out of the Delhi-110007 area. It’s a part of the city where a lot of students and professionals hang out. We basically deal with the service side of things. Having that three-year degree background in hospitality and hotel administration really helps us understand how to manage the daily operations here. It is not just about sitting at a desk. We spend a lot of time making sure the processes are running like they should. It’s a lot of work but it's what we know. The office is pretty standard. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. Most of the people working here have been through the same kind of training, so we all speak the same language when it comes to service. It’s located in a busy spot in Delhi, so there is always noise from the street. We just get on with our tasks. Sometimes the hours are long, but that's just how the industry works. We've been in this spot for a bit now. It's a practical setup for what we need to do. We handle the backend stuff and the customer interactions as they come. It’s a real job with real people trying to do their best every day. We don't use a lot of fancy words, just hard work. It's a solid foundation for what we do.
