Ibm Daksh

Our spot for IBM Daksh is tucked away in Lane No-3 of Hind Nagar. It's right in Tilak Nagar, so you get all that local energy from the neighborhood. The address is Wz-6B. It’s not a giant glass tower like you might expect. It’s more of a regular building that fits right into the street. We’ve got people coming in from all over New Delhi. The lane is usually crowded with scooters and delivery bikes, so getting to the front door can be a bit of a squeeze. Inside, it’s just us working through our shifts. We handle a lot of different tasks, mostly sitting at computers and dealing with data. It gets pretty quiet when everyone is focused, but the break room is usually where the real noise happens. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just come in, do the shifts, and go home. Some of the desks are a bit cluttered with personal stuff like photos or water bottles. It makes the place feel more real. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing in the Delhi summer. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want a place where we can get the job done properly. It's a bit tucked away, but we like it that way.
