Ibm Daksh

Walking into F 350 in Lado Sarai every morning feels pretty normal for us now. The building is right there in the Mehrauli area of New Delhi, which is a place that always has something going on. Since we are under the name Ibm Daksh, we have a lot of people coming and going at different hours. The roads around Lado Sarai can get a bit cramped with all the traffic, so most of us try to get in early or we end up stuck for a bit. Inside the office, it's just rows of desks and people on their headsets or typing away. It’s not a very quiet place, especially when everyone is busy at the same time. We have a small area where we eat our lunch, usually talking about whatever movie came out or how hot the weather is getting. New Delhi summers are no joke, so the air conditioning is probably the most important thing in the office during June. We’ve been at this 110030 zip code for a good bit. It’s a practical setup. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just the stuff we need to do the work. It’s a lot of long hours sometimes, but that’s just how the job is. We see the same faces every day and we've gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It's just a regular workspace for regular people who live and work in Delhi.
