Ibm Daksh

Our office is located at 531 in the Krishi Apartment. It’s a residential complex, which makes the work environment feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office building. We are Ibm Daksh, and we handle a lot of back-office tasks and data work from here. It’s mostly just rows of desks and people with headsets. Jatin Sewani is the area, and it’s generally pretty quiet compared to the main roads. We like the fact that we can just step out and be in a normal neighborhood. The office itself is nothing special. We have whiteboards with scribbles all over them and a small area for coffee. We spend a lot of time on calls or typing away at keyboards. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of focus, so we try to keep the noise down inside. Sometimes we have meetings in the living room area of the apartment because it’s more comfortable for everyone. We aren't a big, flashy corporation at this site. We are just a team of people getting through the daily workload. Lunch is usually a communal affair where everyone brings something from home. It’s a friendly place to be. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy titles. We just do what needs to be done to keep the operations running smoothly. It’s honest, steady work in a simple setting. The parking for the staff can be a bit tight, but we make it work somehow.
