Ibm Daksh

Our Ibm Daksh office is located at T-24 on the second floor in Uttam Nagar. We are right on Shukar Bazaar Road, which means things get incredibly busy, especially on market days. If you've ever been to Uttam Nagar, you know how packed the streets can get with vendors and shoppers. Being on the second floor gives us a little bit of distance from the noise, but you can still hear the shouting and the horns all day long. The office is mostly filled with workstations and people wearing headsets. It’s a place of constant activity because the work never really stops. We have people coming in for different shifts, so there is always someone around. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow and steep, but we are used to them by now. We don't have any fancy lobby or receptionist greeting people; it’s just straight into the work area. The air conditioning is always running because it gets quite stuffy with so many computers in one room. We usually grab snacks from the vendors down on the street when we have a break. It’s a fast-paced environment and it can be a bit stressful when the volume of work picks up, but we just keep our heads down and get through it. It is just a typical, hardworking office in one of the most crowded parts of New Delhi. We just get on with the day.
