We operate out of House No. 224 in Humayunpur, which is right in the Safdarjung Enclave area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so our office is actually a house that’s been converted into a workspace. It’s a bit different from the huge office parks you see in Gurgaon or Noida. We like it because it feels more relaxed. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood, like the vegetable sellers and children playing outside, while we work on our computers inside. We handle a lot of customer support and data tasks from here. The rooms are filled with desks and chairs, and we’ve tried to make it as comfortable as possible. It’s a bit tight when we have a full shift, but we’re a close-knit group. The kitchen is always busy with someone making tea or heating up their lunch. We don’t have a big fancy sign outside, just a small plate with the house number. Humayunpur has a lot of character, and we’ve become a part of the local scene over the years. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. We just provide a service and try to keep our heads down and work hard. It’s a simple setup, but it suits us just fine. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, or the stairs are dusty, but that’s just life in a busy Delhi enclave. We've got a small balcony too, where someone is usually taking a quick break.
