Ibm Daksh

Our place is located at C4G-111A in Janak Puri. It is a pretty standard part of New Delhi, and we have been here for a good while. At Ibm Daksh, the main thing we do is handle calls and manage data for other businesses that need the help. It is the kind of work that involves a lot of sitting at desks and wearing headsets all day. The office is not anything special to look at, just rows of computers and a small area where we eat our lunch. Janak Puri is a busy neighborhood, so there is always something happening outside our windows. We have a mix of younger people and some who have been doing this for years. Sometimes the night shifts can be pretty draining, but we get through it together. We are not trying to be the biggest or the most famous company out there. We just have a job to do, and we try to do it without making too many mistakes. There are days when the systems go down and everyone gets a bit frustrated, but we usually find a way to fix things quickly. We do not have any corporate slogans hanging on the walls. It is just a place where people come to work, earn their pay, and go home to their families. We like it here because it is easy to get to and the local food stalls are actually quite good.
